Butterfly Love

Happy Friday, sweet friends! I'm fluttering in with the card I'm sharing on the Live & Love Crafts blog today. :o) This week Sandy gave us the theme of Pink + One!

This week life happened! With no crafty time until yesterday, I was even more thankful that Sandy offers such a beautiful array of products. Even in a time crunch, you can make a nice card to show someone you care.
I chose pink and green, partially because I am so enamored with these papers from Maja Design's Coffee in the Arbour. The deep rosy pink is so pretty, as is every pattern in this collection.
The lovely Rose Garden sheet in the center rests beneath a Cheery Lynn Design's Small French Lattice die, which is popped up for dimension and adorned with pearls. The stitched circle is a Marianne Design die, which I made into a frame with a Spellbinders circle die. The butterflies are from a coordinating Maja die-cut sheet. Dreamy Isabelle lace rests beneath my center piece.
The large metal butterfly is appropriately named Enchanted. It was a Christmas gift, so I must have been on Santa's nice list! I accented it with pearls and gave her a pearly trail. It's a beautifully weighty piece... in my rush I didn't take that into consideration. My rounded GoKreate Large Frame Frilly 10 base means I will include a pretty card stand when mailing it to the recipient.
My flower arrangement includes some of Sandy's newer goodies: apple blossoms and the thoroughly addicting beaded pomegranate apples in Apple Chutney. Beneath the flowers are Magnolia Heart Swirls. The opposite corner contains one of my favorite metal embellishments: the Maya Road Love Heart Clips.

Thank you for visiting and I wish you a sparkly sweet day! :o)
